I am 31 years old I been Cross fitting for about 5 years. I love the competitive sport and love to lifting. My current favorite movement is Clean & Jerk and least movement, but working on it, is Ring Dips. I like to eat pretty clean I have become an expert in dieting/cook for Paleo, Macro diets, Carbnight, carbackloading, Dolce Diet, Zone. I balance the eating with a 6 days a week workout schedule and take about 4 days of rest a month depending on my body how it feels. Crossfit has been a life changing experience I will never stop doing this. I also love other sport like MMA and kickboxing. My goals are to be a better person, athlete, and make it one day to the Regional teams with my box 2014.
