I was born and raised on Long Island, growing up I was always active and that hasn't changed.  I coach a swim team over the summer and absolutely love doing everything and anything outdoors.  I'm a runner and currently am training for my second half marathon which will be at the end of April :). I'm new to crossfit but fell in love with it the very first WOD I did.  The atmosphere is both encouraging and motivating and I plan on adding to it!   I want to be an inspiration to people and achieve goals I never even considered until now.  Team wodgear!! :)


Goals: cut time off my half marathon
            Participate in many crossfit events and get some PRs
           Live fit and live life always :)
