I am really just a simple easy going guy. I am a father of 3 (Jordan, Xander and Ella) and they mean the world to me. I am a Marine, but honorably discharged back in 2008.

In 2011 my wife introduced me to Crossfit. I didn't know what to expect, but after a few classes I was very happy of the training program it provided. The WOD's worked every part of your body and I never knew that Olympic lifting was so fun. I found myself wanting to lift more and more, heavier and heavier. I liked this feeling. I had found a program that works for me. The best part about this as well beside my own personal gains we (my wife and I) are setting an example for our kids. To be active and to watch what we eat is teaching them to be fit and healthy.
