As a former gymnast, cheerleader and athlete it was an instant love for Crossfit! I began Crossfit in March of 2012 after the birth of my 5th child. I had always worked out and stayed in what I thought was great shape, until I started Crossfit! My first wod was Randy. My second was “Filthy Fifty” and that is where I fell in love. I quickly turned my 2 day a week membership to 3 day to unlimited. I attended the level one certification in November of 2012. I not only love the workouts that push my limits everyday but the community and family that it has created for me. It doesn’t matter if I’m traveling and drop into a box or at my home box I always feel like I am part of a family. I also love seeing other people transform themselves right before my eyes!
