Karen Schneekluth

Before starting CrossFit, I stayed fit by running and working out in traditional gyms or in our garage gym. I’ve always enjoyed challenging myself physically by participating in community fitness competitions, from mud runs to chin-up challenges to full marathons. I’ve reached new personal heights in my level of fitness since starting CrossFit, as well as an improvement in my overall health due to the functionally healthy lifestyle promoted and encouraged by the staff and community at CrossFit 760. I am enjoying sharing the knowledge and experience I’ve gained as a CrossFit 760 athlete and coach with fellow gym members, family and friends, and I strive to bring them closer to achieving their health and fitness goals. I look forward competing in the Women’s Masters Division in the upcoming CrossFit Games Open, and I plan to continue my coaching education by completing the CrossFit Movement and Mobility Trainer Course, Olympic Lifting Trainer Course and CrossFit Kids Trainer Course.
