Our current order processing time is 1-2 business days for in-stock merchandise. During this processing time, your online order is transmitted to our fulfillment center, safely packed, and processed for shipment as quickly as possible.
- Both "2-Day" and "Next Day" shipping methods indicate the transit time after the order has been picked up by the shipping carrier, and does not include the processing time at our fulfillment center.
- Certain items that are made-to-order (T-shirts, personalized items, etc.), or require special preparation for shipment (large or fragile items), may require a longer processing time.
- Orders placed after 1:00pm Eastern Time will begin processing the following business day.
- Back-ordered and pre-order items do not being processing until inventory is received at our fulfillment center.
Q: How to I track the status of my shipment?
A: You will receive an email once your order has shipped that includes a tracking number for your order. Click the link to track the status of your shipment.
- Our standard international shipping fee is $15. As long as there is a valid shipping address we can ship anywhere in the world.
- Shipment tracking information can also be found by logging into your account (if you created one) and clicking "View Order Status" and selecting "View Order Details" of the order you wish to track.
- Click the tracking number link under "Tracking Link" to see the status of your shipment.
