I am an avid CrossFitter and have been doing so for about 3 1/2 years now. From the very beginning I have dreamed of becoming the "Fittest Woman on Earth." I used to dream, now I act. Inside and outside the gym, work is put into everything I do. I train six days a week from 2-4 hours and enjoy every moment of it. I have always been pretty active as a child growing up but CrossFit was a whole different ball game! My first workout put me in the worst feeling that I've ever felt. But right after I felt amazing, that feeling of accomplishment! One thing I love most about CrossFit is the community and the support that each and everyone gives! Even if I tried to get away from CrossFit and its community... It'd be sucked right back in within no time. I wouldn't be where I am today if I didn't have the support from my family and fellow crossfitters! CrossFit it more than just your daily workout, it's a way of life.
