Holly D'Arcy

I've competed in three CF competitions. Most recently, I participated in the Flex Your Chest Throwdown (last weekend). It was my first RX competition, and my team took third place overall. I believe that CrossFit is for everyone, and that anyone can do it! I specialize in performance nutrition and CrossFitting while pregnant/postpartum, and I really enjoy working with moms who want to be more athletic and fit. I am a former elementary school teacher turned CrossFit coach, and I LOVE teaching my CrossFit Kids classes two nights a week!
