DogTown CrossFit

As DogTown CrossFit would say, they are NOT a dog agility facility, nor are they a gym for dogs. Instead, what you’ll find is a team of coaches with incredible backgrounds in fitness and a very welcoming community of people. One of the main observations for us that really stood out at DogTown, was the attention giving by each coach to every movement and form. They were very good at articulating proper form, so that each person was able to prevent injury and develop strength.
